Shipping Information

Customers are required to pickup their animal at a FedEx hub, no home deliveries. No exceptions.
Small FedEx shipping Centers are privately owned and do not accept animal shipments, so it must be a FedEx hub.
We ship on Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday
After purchasing a bearded dragon, we will contact you by email with your FedEx hub pickup options, and date of shipment.

Shipping Terms of Service

We guarantee the health of the animal for 7 days.
We guarantee alive arrival of the animal with the following conditions:

Customer is required to pick up the animal the same day it is delivered. If there are any shipping problems, the customer is required to notify us within 3 hours of when the animal is picked up. Any problems reported during shipping must include pictures as evidence.

Shipment will occur on the day that is discussed by both parties. We only ship on Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday. If poor weather prevents shipment (determined by us) then a new shipping date will be discussed. If a new date cannot be agreed upon then we will refund 100% of the money that was paid.
