How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free. We ship our bearded dragons overnight through FedEx.
Answers to common questions about shipping, purchasing, guarantees, and caring for your bearded dragon.
Shipping is free. We ship our bearded dragons overnight through FedEx.
Yes. Choose an approved FedEx hub for pickup or select delivery to your home or business. Hub pickup is recommended because it reduces time on a delivery truck.
Choose from the arrival dates currently shown in the shipping selector. We offer Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday arrivals, with a 10 AM Mountain Time cutoff the day before arrival. Holidays, weather, and service disruptions may affect availability.
Use our FedEx hub finder on a dragon listing page and enter your ZIP code. Select an approved pickup location shown there. A retail FedEx store is not automatically an approved live-animal pickup hub.
Pick up your dragon within 3 hours of becoming available for pickup according to FedEx tracking. Bring photo ID. Report any arrival problem within 1 hour of pickup.
Someone must be present to accept the package on the first delivery attempt. Provide a complete, accurate address and bring the package indoors immediately. Report any arrival problem within 1 hour of the delivered time shown in FedEx tracking.
If the package is refused, missed, cannot be delivered, or goes back onto the truck for any reason after a delivery attempt, all Live Arrival and Health Guarantees are void. Choose a date and address where someone can receive it.
Your FedEx tracking number is emailed through MorphMarket several days before your scheduled shipping date. Check junk, spam, and all-mail folders if you cannot find it. You are responsible for monitoring tracking and being ready for pickup or delivery.
FedEx delays do not void our Live Arrival Guarantee when you meet the applicable delivery requirements. Contact us about a delay or delivery problem. Do not request a reroute, hold, or delivery change directly through FedEx after shipment.
Yes. We may delay shipment because of temperatures, severe weather, FedEx disruptions, or other conditions that could put your dragon at risk. We will work with you to choose a safer date.
The photo below shows an example reptile shipping box and packing supplies. Materials and temperature packs may vary with the shipment and weather. Keep your original box, insulation, and packing materials for at least 7 days after arrival.

Heat packs actively generate warmth through an air-activated chemical reaction. They need oxygen and ventilation to work, and should never touch your dragon directly. Phase 22 packs are temperature buffers: their material changes between solid and liquid around 72°F (22°C), absorbing warmth as it melts and releasing stored warmth as it solidifies. They help moderate temperature swings rather than producing heat like a chemical heat pack, so they may not feel hot. Pack selection depends on the weather and shipping conditions. Leave all shipping packs outside your dragon’s enclosure after unpacking.
We use weekday FedEx Express service for our live reptile shipments, with no weekend deliveries. We ship Monday–Wednesday for Tuesday–Thursday arrival. We do not ship on Thursdays: a Thursday shipment would be due Friday, and a delay could leave your dragon stuck at a hub over the weekend until Monday. This schedule gives us a weekday buffer if an overnight shipment is delayed.
Yes. Hub pickup and home or business delivery qualify when the requirements in our Guarantees are met. Pickup and reporting deadlines matter, so please read the policy before purchasing.
Contact us immediately: within 1 hour of hub pickup, or within 1 hour of FedEx’s delivered time for home or business delivery. For a deceased-on-arrival claim, provide a continuous video showing the unopened box being opened, the dragon being unpacked, and its condition. Additional photos or video may be requested.
We guarantee your dragon is healthy when it leaves our care. Contact us as soon as possible about health concerns within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos, video, and husbandry details. Problems caused by improper care, injury, exposure to other animals, cohabitation, or stuck shed from inadequate husbandry are excluded.
The advertised sex, genetics, and health are guaranteed for 7 days from delivery. Notify us within that period if something is incorrect. An eligible refund requires the dragon to be safely returned; you are responsible for return shipping and suitable packaging. See the full Guarantees for the terms.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your dragon. Contact us before shipping it back so we can discuss arrangements. You pay for safe return shipping and packaging. A refund is issued after return and confirmation that the animal meets the applicable return or guarantee requirements.
Yes. Keep the original box, insulation, and other shipping materials for at least 7 days in case a return is needed. You are responsible for correct, safe return packaging, including suitable replacement materials if necessary.
An eligible refund does not exceed the original purchase price of the animal. If Andrew’s Reptiles cancels the sale before shipment, all payments made are refunded. Read the complete Guarantees and return policy for details.
If it is listed as available, it is available. Sold listings and our Sold Dragons collection are examples of previous animals and are not available to purchase.
Purchase through our website or our MorphMarket listings. Choose your dragon, complete the shipping details, select an available arrival date, and review the purchase agreement before completing checkout.
No. We do not offer deposits, holds, or payment plans. A completed purchase secures your dragon.
The person purchasing and caring for the animal must be at least 18 years old.
If you cancel before shipment, your refund is the amount paid minus the $100 non-refundable deposit described in our cancellation policy. If we cancel the sale, you receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Check your order details, delivery address or selected hub, and arrival date. Watch for shipment information and tracking, including in spam folders. Contact us promptly if something is incorrect and before making any shipping changes.
Yes. You receive the exact animal shown in the listing and photographs unless the listing specifically states otherwise, such as a group listing.
Review the individual listing for the dragon’s details. Photos, weights, and lengths are current when listed. Ask us about any detail that is not included before purchasing.
We do not provide additional pictures. Please use the current photos and information in the listing to choose your dragon.
Color can vary with lighting, temperature, mood, shedding, the camera, and your screen. We aim to represent appearance and structure accurately and do not digitally alter or enhance the animal’s coloration. Exact color appearance is not guaranteed. See photos shared by buyers on our Customer’s Dragons page.
Morph names describe particular inherited traits; bloodline names describe ancestry or selectively bred lines. A “het” is a carrier of a recessive trait and does not necessarily show it. Review the advertised genetics for that individual and our Morphs & Bloodlines page.
No. Live animals have individual behaviors that can change after shipping, with handling, or while adjusting to a new environment. We do not guarantee temperament or behavior.
Read our Bearded Dragon Care Sheet before arrival. It covers housing, lighting, feeding, supplements, and handling.
Our care sheet recommends an enclosure at least 4 feet long, 2 feet deep, and 2 feet tall. Set it up before arrival.
Provide a heat lamp and suitable UVB lighting. Our care sheet recommends linear T5 HO UVB. Follow the fixture’s placement guidance.
Choose a bulb that produces the required basking temperature in your enclosure. Wattage alone cannot determine the temperature; measure the basking surface.
Offer appropriate feeder insects and varied greens. Young dragons and adults have different dietary needs. Follow our care sheet’s feeding and supplement guidance.
Gut-loading means feeding your feeder insects nutritious food before offering them to your dragon. Dusting means coating feeders with supplements.
We recommend one dragon per enclosure. Cohabitation injuries are excluded from our Health Guarantee.
Bring the package indoors immediately and unpack promptly. Record a continuous unboxing video beginning with the unopened box for the documentation required for a DOA claim. Check your dragon and report any arrival concern within the applicable deadline.
Allow your dragon 1–2 weeks to acclimate after shipping. No handling during this period except essential care, including the initial hydration soak. Once your dragon has settled in and is eating well, introduce short, gentle handling sessions.
Contact us promptly with the symptoms, arrival date, photos or video, and enclosure details. Report arrival problems within the arrival deadline and health concerns within 7 days of delivery. Do not wait for the guarantee period to expire.
