Refund policy
General
If there are any problems with your order, we must be contacted at sales@andrewsreptilesllc.com within the specified time-frame with pictures as proof. Please do not throw away the package or invoice. If you have followed the requirements your shipment will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Bearded Dragons
- If you decide to back out of the purchase before the reptile is shipped, we will refund your payment minus $100 dollars. $100 dollars is non-refundable.
- If we back out of the sell we will refund 100% of the payment (i.e. the reptile isn’t eating as well as we would like).
- If the customer decides within the 7 day guarantee period that they want to return the animal, it will be the CUSTOMERS responsibility to ship the animal back. A refund will not be issued until the animal is returned AND is in the same condition it was received in. Careful consideration should be made BEFORE purchasing an animal. Please do not make an impulse buy, these are live animals and shipping a live animal isn’t easy.
- If you’re eligible for a refund we will not refund more than the total purchase price of an animal.
